SPACED OUT IN THE LOVE ZONE…

I was once in the love, this my first time. I spaced out and found myself in the love zone.

Common similarities had me feeling as though I was looking into a mirror. However the inside differed from the outside, that was the first sign.

Problem solving was never your speciality. You figured if you didn’t have those tough conversations the topic would just fade away. Drifting off, lost in the love zone.

Some problems grew, one by one, some two by two. Until they became collided, clustered together. I couldn’t feel myself breathe. All of my oxygen evaded, drained out of body.

An air tight vacuum became our love zone. Past trauma and experiences drained you and encouraged you to your love tank of oxygen. My love tank of oxygen we began to share. You required more than me. The love, affection, quality time and attention. You needed more of me. You said my oxygen felt different, the air was crisp, the love was pure, the intentions true. More lively, more efficient.

I had to escape. I had to wake up from this day dream. Breaking up was like jumping into hyper speed. I had to leave, I had to breathe. I had to get out of the love zone.

“In the love zone
You don’t have to be alone
Together we can live and learn
In the love zone”
